This is how a house is built at ATLANTIDA HOMES:
PRELIMINARY STUDIES
The first thing we do is analyse the plot. We start with a topographic survey and then develop the design by conducting a study of urban planning regulations. Finally, we assess more technical aspects with a logistical study to define the modulation and determine the necessary interventions for access. We conclude with a geotechnical study to identify the type of foundation required.
PROYECT FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Once we have the general design defined, we proceed to develop all the documentation required by the authorities to obtain building permission. As your representative, we handle all necessary procedures, respond to requests, and monitor the process so that you do not have to worry about it.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Once we have submitted all of the papers to town hall, the architect will work with you to specify all of the aspects of your home, including the kitchen layout, finish selection, lighting design, landscaping, and so on. Meanwhile, the technical section handles the structural and installation calculations required for the home’s design, as well as the development of all technical documents for factory and on-site assembly.
HOUSE MANUFACTURING
Once the project is completed and we have received building permits, we analyse the expenses of all construction work and finalise a budget with the customer. Once this is completed, we may begin! The home is built in a factory, while the foundation work is done on-site. This guarantees that when the home is completed, the foundation is properly prepared for installation. Once the house is in place, we execute all of the finishing touches and landscaping to ensure that the home is totally finished.
