ATLANTIDA HOMES construction system

Our house facades feature a self-supporting construction system made from steel profiles, with various layers that encase the structure, creating a completely airtight and watertight environment. The facades of our houses are designed utilizing a self-supporting construction system composed of steel profiles, accompanied by multiple layers that encase the structure. This design ensures that the structure is completely airtight and watertight. This type of facade provides high resistance and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation for the house. Unlike traditional construction facades, this construction system needs less surface, reducing one-third of construction times and reaching house insulation, double.
The main structure is made of steel columns and beams and reinforced concrete slabs. This solution combines with the union of independent modules, giving a strong resistance to earthquakes and a higher stability than traditional construction.
This structure not only offers high hardness and resistance but also takes up less space, minimizing annoying corbels and maximizing the useful surface of the house.
Industrialized houses with steel structures and dry partitions that permit more flexibility in the design of interior spaces. Having lower structural limits, these houses can be refurbished if the client needs them in the future, without important works.

A suspended floor slab, made of reinforced concrete and steel beams, rises on the ground to create a crawl space (air chamber), offering thermal insulation and a damp-proof system to protect the house against humidity.
We do a ground study on every plot, from which we calculate the most suitable foundations. In normal conditions and grounds with a medium capacity, we built the foundations with reinforced slabs or isolated reinforced footings.
In addition, concrete walls and a drainage system surrounding the house to prevent infiltrations of subsurface water from the ground from coming in contact with the house.
