Vega
Fertile land forming the alluvial plains of rivers. Wide strips of flat topography and dimensions that can be several kilometres long, which develop on the alluvium deposited by river courses.
They practically always occupy areas that are or have been related to episodes of subsidence. In these plains (also called floodplains), the river flows through a channel and can sporadically flood them, depositing a new film of alluvium when the water recedes.
General features
The VEGA modular house has 2 floors in the shape of an ‘L.’. The ground floor is the main floor, and the upper floor offers rooms for different uses. It is a highly versatile house that can play with the number of bedrooms you want.
You can configure the materials of the two types of façades.
Layout
From the entrance area, there is access to the living room, which has a large window overlooking the side garden, and the lounge area has a complete floor-to-ceiling glazed front with access to the main garden.
The kitchen is open to the living room, creating a spacious main space. Next to the kitchen is the utility room. On the opposite side are the accesses to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
There is also an option of installing a fireplace in the living room, which also creates a separating piece of furniture with the dining room.
