The Cala Modular Home, a two-bedroom exterior-facing residence, consists of two sections that have been shifted relative to each other, featuring a sleek design with clean lines and modern finishes. Even the shape of the windows and glass doors enhances the pure geometric forms of its structure, creating horizontal or vertical openings that break up the solid volumes.

All carpentry is made of aluminum with thermal break technology and double glazing, with slim profiles to maximize natural light while ensuring optimal thermal insulation.

The daytime living area includes the living-dining room and kitchen. These three spaces can be configured as an open-plan area or have the kitchen separated, with direct access from the dining room.

From the living-dining room, floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the garden, providing seamless indoor-outdoor living. You also have the option to include a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, which not only warms your home but also serves as a stylish decorative feature with its L-shaped design.

The kitchen, whether open or separated from the dining area, features two parallel countertops and a stunning corner window that floods the space with natural light, defining its layout.

It includes two linear worktops with lower cabinetry: one dedicated to the sink area and the other to the cooking zone. The refrigerator, oven, and microwave are neatly arranged in a vertical column next to the sink area.

The kitchen comes fully furnished with a countertop, sink, and faucet, and is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine (in the laundry area), refrigerator, and extractor hood.

The bedroom area includes two bedrooms, both with fully lined built-in wardrobes featuring a luggage shelf and hanging rail. All the doors in the house are filled with expanded polyurethane for increased sound insulation. You can choose the finish for the doors and wardrobes between lacquered white or oak or beech wood veneers.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and both bedrooms include motorized blinds. The connection between the living room and bedrooms is via a hallway that you can configure to be part of the living room, or add a large sliding door to connect the hallway to the living room, or separate it as an independent area.

Both bathrooms include all sanitary ware, a vanity unit, and you can choose between a bathtub or shower, faucets with water-saving systems and thermostatic controls in bathtubs and showers, a mirror and a light fixture above the sink. The master bathroom also includes a bidet. Both bathrooms have exterior windows to provide natural light and ventilation.

You can choose from the various finishing options in our configurator, vinyl, porcelain or even natural stone flooring, combined with tiled walls in various formats.

The entire house incorporates radiant heating and cooling. You can choose the energy production system from aerothermal and geothermal solutions, or if you have a gas connection, you can install a condensing boiler for hot water and heating. All equipment will be installed in the drying area, which remains ventilated with a lattice ensuring optimal operation of all units.
