Recently, an increasing number of consumers have asked us for homes that can be semi-detached or parked next to adjoining homes. They want to make the most of small plots. They don’t want to give up having a home with all the comforts and, at the same time, be able to enjoy the entire surface area of the plot.

The Atlas model is designed to meet this need. It is a compact, two-storey house available in two different finishes. One version features three bedrooms and covers 121 m², while the other has four bedrooms and spans 131 m². In both cases, the first floor includes three bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom and dressing room. The other part of the house contains two additional bedrooms and a bathroom.

In the Atlas, with four bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as the entrance hall, utility room, living room, kitchen and toilet, we add a fourth bedroom. In the Atlas model with three bedrooms, this space is used as an open-air porch to enjoy the garden.

You can choose to have a fourth bedroom or more space to enjoy the outdoors.

The Atlas model takes full advantage of our modular design, as it consists of 4 compact modules, two on the ground floor and the other two on the upper floor.

On the ground floor, the main module comprises the lounge/diner and kitchen, and the second module comprises the entrance hall, hallway, utility room, staircase, bathroom and bedroom 4.

On the upper floor, one of the modules comprises the master bedroom with dressing room and bedroom 2, and the second module comprises the two bathrooms, hallway, staircase and bedroom 3.
